The rarest large-group stay in the city: everyone gets their own private bathroom. Two living rooms, two kitchens, private balconies upstairs, and a top steakhouse downstairs where the whole group can dine (special rate for our guests).

Ideal for big celebrations, multi-family holidays and corporate retreats - two apartments, one above the other.

The space
Both apartments combined, across two floors:

• 8 double bedrooms, all en-suite (8 private shower rooms), each with a work desk and heated towel rail.
• Two living rooms (both with 55" smart TVs + Netflix; games for children on the upper floor) and two full kitchens, each with a table seating four.
• The upper floor's four bedrooms each open onto a private sit-out balcony with city views and a direct view of St André Cathedral; the lower floor's bedrooms have Juliet balconies.
• Fast Wi-Fi, work desks, washing machines & dryers, soundproofed windows and portable fans throughout. Cots on request.

Sleeps up to 15 (eight bedrooms + an optional extra bed).

Downstairs, the building's ground floor houses a quiet, highly regarded steakhouse - some of the best steak in Bordeaux - where our guests enjoy a special rate and complimentary extras. It's the natural place to gather all 15 of you around one table.

Guest access
You have both floors of the building entirely to yourselves, reached through a private, badge-secured lobby. Please note this is TWO separate, self-contained apartments on two different floors, not one open 15-person space: each floor has its own entrance, living room and kitchen, so the group naturally splits across two floors. There is no lift - both apartments are by stairs. (The ground floor itself is the steakhouse, not part of the accommodation - but it's where the whole group can dine together.) Ideal for two families, a group of couples, or a team who want to be together while keeping their own space - but if you need a single large communal room for all 15 at once inside the apartments, this isn't that.

Other things to note
GOOD TO KNOW: no lift (both apartments by stairs); no air conditioning, but the building stays cool and we provide fans.

Central Bordeaux is lively and full of character - if you're after total silence this isn't the spot, though the windows are soundproofed to help.

Please kindly note the following conditions:

✘ No indoor smoking - smoking is welcome on the balconies only. A 980 euro (or higher in case of consequential damages) deodorization fee may be applied in case of indoor smoking.
✘ No pets.
✘ No parties or events.

• Check-in usually 3–8pm (later possible by arrangement).
• Please leave the apartments in decent condition (an extra fee may apply for abuse).
• We don't accept third-party bookings.
• Please note we will request a credit card security deposit of 980 euros prior to check in. This security deposit will not be debited from your credit card but will only be a pre-authorisation.
